1. How to install?

 1.1 enable virtualization

a) Open "Turn Windows features on or off"

Check "Hyper-V"


2. Setting up Virtual Switches in hyper-V

Virtual Switch - virtual network card

Types of Virtual Switches
a) external
b) internal
c) private


Click "Virtual Switch Manager" -> "private" -> Apply -> Ok
Open Network and Sharing Center" -> "Change adapter settings"



 3. Creating new Virtual Machine

3.1 Installing Windows 2012 Server

right click -> New -> Virtual Machine
Specify Name and Location -> Name -> Location
Specific Generation -> choose generation
Assign Memory -> 2048 -> uncheck "Use Dynamic Memory for this virtual machine"
Configure Network -> private
Connect Virtual Hard Disk
Installation Options

Installing OS

Next -> Install Now
